After the site visit, the external committee members are asked to submit (to the Dean of Faculty) a report summarizing their visit and recommendations for the department within about a month of the visit.  Ideally they will submit a single report, but may in some cases choose to submit separate ones.

Once this report is received, it will be forwarded to the department/program, CAP, and CPC. The unit will then have the opportunity to meet with the CAP to discuss the review team’s report and the unit’s thoughts on the report and the whole process.
